How do I place an order?
To order, simply follow these steps:

• Shop for the items you are interested in by categories, price, and colour
• Add the items to your Shopping Cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Enter your billing and shipping addresses
• Select payment mode
• Review and confirm your order
• Make your payment
• Email confirmation will be sent
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept Credit Cards, PayPal, eNets & Cash.
What currency do you accept for payment?
Currently, we only accept payment in Singapore Dollars (S$) as displayed in our website.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on working days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Do Home Pro ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping costs will be automatically calculated after the address is entered. Please note that customs charges may vary according to each country and will be paid individually.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been processed, we will notify you immediately through your email and Home Pro account. Tracking number and a link to the courier’s website will be included.
When will I receive my order?
Local delivery may be received within 3-7 working days.
International shipping may be receiver within 7-14 days according to destination.

Can I make changes / cancel my order?
Unfortunately, order is unable to be changed or cancelled once it has been placed. Home Pro tries our best to ensure fast delivery and hence, we advise to check your order before checkout.
What is the return policy for Home Pro ?
At Home Pro, it is our goal to ensure your 100% satisfaction. If there is any defect or you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of items received for a full refund.
How to return the product?
1. Attach the original or copy of sales invoice with a detailed note describing reason for return along with the item(s) being returned. Please note that your return may be delayed due to incomplete information.
2. Carefully package the product. Home Pro will not be responsible for any damage resulting from improper handling.
3. A full-refund or product exchange will be given.
Is there any warranty?
Yes. All of Home Pro products are covered with a 2 year warranty. We do not cover damages caused by improper usage.
